Return Policy

    We want you to love your purchase from HariDasiSaree. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7 working day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Sarees purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or altered products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Final sale items.

    Return Process

    1. Email us at  shreejisingar2511@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
    2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
    3. Once approved, we will share return instructions.

    Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

    Refunds

    • After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

    Exchange

    • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
