Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sarees purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered products.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
Return Process
- Email us at shreejisingar2511@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will share return instructions.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
